I finally finished the dress just in time for Comikaze Expo this weekend
The entire dress is made from silk charmeuse. Designs were hand-painted with fabric paint. The mask was painted and modified from a regular mask. I wrote the how-to on this costume on my blog here: [link] , it was an easy costume but a lot of delicate sewing ^^ Boots are by Pleaser.
