OH! OH OH OH! I read this one article, on how to quit smoking, (Quite weirdly, I might add) and this one lady, said how she read this doctor's fact on how you can drink a-- Let me just pull the article up for ya. There were many interesting ways ^^ If I ever smoke (Which I wont EVER do) or if any of my friends start smoking (Or siblings and whatnot) then I know where to turn to. ^^

Number 6 is what I was talking about, and it seems to have been the most effective. ^^ If I smoked, I would ttly try all of these ideas. (I want my grandmother to try, but she will NOT, and I mean NOT take ANY advice from anybody about smoking, NOR does she have the slightest desire to quit. lol All of my family has "hinted" that we hate her smoking XP)
