Full view, please! ^^Okay, I seriously need to stop that trick where I make people glow to make them look cooler. I've lost count of how many times I've used that trick. It's like, 'Gee, this don't look cool enough I think Imma make a glowey thingy around her instead of putting effort into making a background! Yay!' No, people don't glow, Zee Zee!
Whether or not I like Homestuck or not (I'm still not really sure what it's about) I knew I would eventually draw some fanart for it. So here is my third favorite character, Jade Harley, wearing about the most epic dress ever invented; the 3am dress.
So, yes, this IS Jade Harley, and not a gender-bent Harry Potter.
Maybe someday I'll be able to draw my two favorite characters.... Once I learn how to draw dudes.
Jade Harley belongs to god- I mean satan- I mean Hussie.

You be kidding, I suppose. First of all, her arms are too fat. Secondly, her legs look awkward. Plus, I just keep making up excuses to not draw hands OTL......
Oh, yeah, and I need like at least three pose references for EVERYTHING I draw! Well, almost. And this one was pretty easy since it was all symmetrical-y and from the front-ish....
So forgive the self-degrading rant, but I am NOT better than you yet.

Legs are ok, but we're all still learning. I absolutely SUCK at legs. xD

and pose references are good, because everytime you reference a pose, you learn how to draw that pose, therefore you are expanding your knowledge of anatomy.

Her upper arms, behind her head are... fatter than MY arms.... But at least the hair kinda covers it up. :L And actually, I'm pretty good with legs most of the time. It's just ARMS AND HANDS!!! Sometimes I wish humans were born without them. Which would make no sense at all, because then I wouldn't even be able to draw people at all to begin with. Maybe I'll draw someone with their arms sliced off out of spite... That would be super disturbing....
My hair is incurably poofy, so I have to use about six hair products if I want to wear it down. Otherwise, I'm forced to stick it in my anime-style ponytail. Smeh, I would like to have black hair. It's my favorite hair color next to purple. And you should use conditioner! It doesn't take that much time, and it makes your hair feel wonderful and nice.... before it dries at least.
