This is Hisoka in his complete demigod form. He is the so-called 'Golden Dragon' in very ancient creation myths and legends; he is also referred to as the god of Fire and Light.
He is a very virtuous guy who has suffered for generations with the weight of destiny crushing down on him. It was foretold that he would bring the end of 'heaven' and his reigning mother, the Sun Goddess.
