The incident? Well, back in 1940's-90's, there used to be a whole race of Hiros, They were like some sort of nearly invulnerable and 'supernatural' aliens with the main form of the Hiro we all know, they did such extraordinary things, fought Daleks, and other evil alien scum. These beings were called Hamadians.
