Description
Silk screened design on a t-shirt. I designed the text in GIMP, using the font "outlaw" (regular) by Billy Argel, downloaded from Abstractfonts.com. (the font was free for personal use, and this was for personal use only; I only made three shirts of this design total; two I gave to friends and this one I kept.)
The screen was burned for me by the helpful folks at Artists Image Resource here in Pittsburgh, which is also where I did the printing, using white Speedball ink. (screen was stripped for re-use after my session, so no more of this design will be made unless I take my tranparency and get a new screen burned.)
The words reference a lesser-known Bob Dylan song; my favorite version of the song is the one done by the Jerry Garcia Band, found on the Jerry Garcia album, "Garcia Plays Dylan." (the "Tough Mama" on this album was recorded live at the Keystone, in Berkeley, CA, 11/17/75.)
