Contest prize for--WAIT WHAT, I FINISHED SOMETHING? OH MY GOD.
...Contest prize for ~ambar-hedgehog ! <3 Figured I'd actually start getting some stuff done. xD I had this sketched about a month ago, but it didn't turn out so well, so I made a new one and it came out much better!
Also decided it'd be nice to SA style it, GOD DAMMIT NEVER AGAIN., and I'll probably SA style *Morgan-the-Hedgehog 's prize too. :3 But after that I'm not doing it for a while. I forgot how long it takes. fff >_>;;; ANYWAY, super cute character; I had a lot of fun drawing her. <3 Hope you like it, Ambar~ Also, much love to *ArthurRoyalKnight for helping me with the background. lol <3
SA style takes too long holy fffffff-- But I'd like some tips. <3 I don't ask for crits on Sonic stuff very often so.. anything else you'd like to point out too, I guess. xD;

In my opinion, you should request critiques more often in your Sonic Art too, I don't mean you do it all the time but once in a while will be actually good. There are several things I'd like to point out about it and this time I'm glad you actually requested a critique, so let's see what we have this time:
First of all, I'd like to say how much your style to draw female characters is improving, I love the way you drew ~ambar-hedgehog 's character! Then, your SA style looks pretty good; for me, it looks official as I said before, but I think you could get new ideas for you own SA style if you took a look to some tutorials, like this one e.g. [link] I think it could be useful to you.

Hmm, yeah you're right it does look a little big. I have a bad habit of making hands two different sizes sometimes, so I'll keep that in mind. xD <3

Alrighty, let me first start off that you did a great job grabbing the consept of SA shading in this picture. ^^ The pose is diferent yet simple. Which is goood for this style.
Now then, there are flaws in this picture. First off, the hand on -our- right s too long alooks as if the fingers are melting. at the joints. The sirkt needed to be drawn differently. IT looke as if it is going inwared. The curves needed to go down ward. And with this shading, you still needed to put the actual dark areas. ex: the part under the neck, the spot where the shoes cross, ect.
