this is a remake of something else I submitted (it's in stock photo, under others) so uh yeah. Check out my other stuff and most of all, COMMENT!!! please comment, good or bad, I like comments so comment, I appreciate it so uh, thanksThanks to everyone who said nice things about this pic. To all you other people who were nay saying...yea,I did "just add some filters or did some actions," but guess what? I TOOK THE FREAKING PICTURE!!! I didn't win any daily deviations for just the pic, so I thought I might as well change it, and it worked because I gots me my daily deviation. Well, I changed it a bit (this post is a year after I posted the pic up) and I made it larger for those who thought 800X600 was too small but for some reason it's not showing up, oh well. If you really want it, send me a message Once again, thanks for all the nice things said.

well I like it a lot! I really like the color, nice choice. And I love the light and how it pours in, it looks really neat! Where was this taken? It almost looks like there are walls or something, but then that looks like a tree? lol, I don't know but I like this!

800x600? i cry a thousand tears. the thumbnail looks much cooler than the full vers... that dissapoints me, usually the whole image reveals some detail, but this doesnt whatsoever, i don't know, but i usually expect to see something BAM! for dailydev... kinda makes me cry.

First of all, i dont think this should be in the wallpaper section since it's only 800x600
and, on my opinion, it is too centered to give a feeling of depth.
i do like it, but on the technical side i don't think it deserves DD.

I sawthe stock foto.. that one deserves pure a++... this one doesn't as it's only a manipulation of the first one...
What am I saying!!! you have high degrees (don't forget FFF is the least) and you deserve them... only than I am amzed this to be daily dev... the photo is the one...

A very nice work i must say. The color scheme is fantastic but what i like best is the lighting behind the tree. Textures are well combined and generaly you have a realy good work here.

I'm not to sure it strikes me that much. I like it, but I dunno if it's as great as everyone else is making it out to be. seems really simple. looks like it's raining while the suns out so that's cool. as a matter of fact it looks like you took a pic of some rain falling and put it on there. still, good job.

in responce to that, i say the more original and wierd the picture, the better it is for art. See, now I understand cause I'm not taking and art class and they make you look at art in a much different way then from those that never took it, i say art class is good to learn how to do crap, but it really limits your vision on creativity

Yeah i'd have to agree with karl somewhat. sometimes all it takes is a great photo to do a great pic, as opposed to photo manip skills.

Well, it looks good, that's true, but for me is the same stock photo taken from that section, and barely modified.
And if that gets Daily Deviation, it makes me feel so frustrated thatit makes me wanna kick a wall, or go to play soccer and kill the goalkeeper with my shoots.
Sorry zelles, this is not an intention to attack you or your work, is just what I think, and I could have just shut up my mouth, butI had to get it out of my system.

yeah..... ok ummm, I hate it! (not really) buts its just like 90% of all other "digital art." Why is everything grainy and blurred and illegible?!?!?!?
Sorry [~zelless] i'm not really targeting your work, because as an example of the genre your right up there with the "best" of 'em, but i really dont understand why everything is so messed up!?! Why cant we have nice clean crisp images? I know some of you people have real talent.... why isn't it applied to editing photographs? instead you just mess around with filters and texture effects in photoshop.... im not complaing, really im not, because it does look cool, its just starting to all run together.... we need some originality.... or maybe i just need sleep.....
