masks: in male cases, u skip the nuisance to make a face -->jax, yi, lee, malzahar, shen, signed, swain.. i mean, at least 1 skin showing their faces could make change my mind
In female cases--->ruining a cute face with a ugly mask, and is so old school .-.
And glowing... i dunno, some champs dont look good with them; like Zyra, Syndra, and dunno if shen`s have them or not
But this is my humble opinion u.u

I understand that but some champs needs those things like Lee Sin, He has no eyes so he needs to hide that.
For the glowing eyes I have no idea but some champs do look cool with them.
