I saw this one at Janime.com. I think it was a Japanese person's fanart based on a fanfic of theirs. Serenity's a mermaid and Kaiba's some Prince or sailor or something. Perhaps a Japanese rendition of "The Little Mermaid"? Pretty awesome, if you ask me.
