Thanks to riderBoy for letting me use his original template: riderb0y.deviantart.com/art/Chβ¦Well, I only have one more ZyuRanger to do after this so, let's get to it.
This one always intrigued me since Billy aka David Yost did a very good job portraying him. I certainly hope that he can return to PR as a mentor role or something along those lines.
