This is my entry for 's contest! Finally! Oh geeze, did I even make it time?
Well, I was experimenting with colour palletts and lighting here, so I had fun with that. I think it looks really nice~ It turned into a much more serious picture than I thought it would. xD Well, maybe that's a good thing.

My gender is a pretty complicated thing, to be honest. xD But I go to the Pride parade every year, so I see crossdressers and drag queens/kings there. A lot of my female friends cosplay male characters, too, if that counts.
I'd absolutely recommend going to Pride, if there's one near you. It's the best party of the year.

Hmm... I've never seen crossdresser in Poland, maybe cause here it can be... eeerm... a little dangerous. People's here aren't very tolerant and can be, I don't know, little agressive.
Eh, my friends cosplay male characters too, and I sometimes wear my brother's clothes, but it's pretty often in Poland, I mean generally male wearing female's dress ^^"
Eh, Warsaw is a distant place, too long road as for me, I live on east of my country ^^" And I think my famili refused me to go, because Pride parades can be dangerous, year after year someone's get hurt or something...

That's one aspect where living in Canada is awesome. The tolerance towards gay, trans, and otherwise non-conforming people here is excellent. And I live in Halifax, which I think is one of the most gay-friendly cities in the world.
I hope you're able to safely attend Pride someday.

I was in Amsterdam, in Netherlands, and I find this place really nice, people's was very tollerant, I saw some men kissing on the street and no one care about that.

Wow, a lot of my American friends didn't even know where Halifax was. (Although that probably says more about them than Halifax.)
People are getting more tolerant all the time, I think. Maybe you should have some more belief in people's ability to change. After all, it's only been 40 years since the gay rights movement really started, and we've already come this far.

Generally Americans are a little... cause to laugh, because they have such easy way to learning about everything, I have friend-of-friend, who drive away to America. In Poland she have "1" from history (it's the lowest grade, 6 is the highest) and in America she sometimes was better than teatcher... xD"

I think schools tend to be the worst, though. I know that I get harassed more in school than anywhere else. People don't seem to have anything better to do than make fun of people, but in the real world they don't really care. At least around here.
Gay marriage is still only legal in a few countries. There are anti-discrimination policies, though, aren't there?

Peoples are harassed everywhere, and adult ones have more gently, but more paintfuly way to offend you. It's bad generally, when other childs calling your mother russian bitch, or chasing you because you have other colour of skin or you're homoseksualist, but worse is, when adults saying the same, in their mouths the words like, hmm... gather cruelity xD"

I think that there will always be bad people around. But as you get older, it's easier to choose who you hang out with, so it's also easier to avoid that sort of bigotry.
Although from a fairly young age, I learned to ignore people looking at me weird or talking about me. I honestly don't notice anymore, so I tend to forget it happens. xD"
