It sort of reminds me of The Descent, if you've seen that? [link] Can't really recall why though, I have a faint memory of a hand popping out of the forest ground, I believe there was such a scene in the movie.

I've just never liked watching scary, gory movies that much. Unless maybe I'm with a group, but that is never the case.

Ah, ok. Well, they're usually far from the best movies out there, so you're not missing out on terribly much I suppose. Very few of my all time favorite movies are horror, so I know what you mean.
