For SingaporeBrides.comThis was done in New York last year. Never got around to posting because it's too easy to lose track over when stuff actually get published these days... But hey, here it is. One of my favourites. I really like being able to do campaigns in black and white, and getting to travel for work is definitely one of the perks of being a photographer. <3

How did you make this shot? Did you use any artificial light? Or where the daylightlight enough alone to somewhat freeze the water in the fountaine, while at the same time getting this dark silhouette background?
And may as also while I am at it ask, you what camera where used when taking this shot. Is it a "full-format", or perhaps "medium-format". What are you guys working with?

I love it. The textures of the dress fit perfectly with the textures of the background. The emotion is alright, but if you were to take this shot again, i would show more movement and a different expression. She kinda looks like shes nervous a little and is going to fall off the edge in a way, but for this shot it works.
