yep, I have made a deal with myself to just enjoy them as art. I cherish them but I have 10 old gems that I look at often. BUT I wasnt planning on buying any film anytime soon

There are several cameras that I just think are amazing due to the era and technology of the time. The standing Portrait Speed graphlex, the old Hasselblad, and the Ikon fold with those fold out baffels.

Yep this beauty isnt a young one. the old relics are pretty cool. I have a couple of ones from late 20's early 30's also. Med format press cameras.

Awesome guy - I have a newer cam (Sony DSC-h5) that has a Carl Zeiss lens. It's an excellent lens - BUT something is wrong with the autofocus mechanism and this cam doesn't have a manual focus because it's not an slr. Gotta see about getting it fixed....

I love the lens though - it takes awesome macros and such when the autofocus works.

KKART recommended the ultimate camera to me and I would probably ebay it now.......... heehe

I do have one requirement lately. It has to fit in the pocket of my cargo shorts

Thank you !! It means alot as most of them are from my late uncle. He was the one who really got me into photos.

Should I recrop this one? I originally cropped it like this to give it more of a macro feel.
