She's referred to as The Missing Piece/Miss. Piece, for now. But yes, she does have a name.

The fact that her head shape is more cartoony than the rest of the characters makes me think that she actually looks really weird in-universe. Kind of like the power puff girls having no fingers. not a critique, just thought it was funny
