Does Photoshop 6 cost anything?
I'm just trying to find a Photoshop that is easy to understand and that actually works, because Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 was just total crap and I just need to find something that doesn't cost a lot.

Photoshop 6 is pretty expensive (Β£1000+), but you should look at Adobe's Creative Cloud - you basically rent Photoshop for Β£20 per month and they keep everything updated automatically.
I haven't tried it (still using PS5), but they have a demo on their websiteΒ www.adobe.com/uk/products/photβ¦
If you want something for free and don't mind putting in some work to get up to speed, I'd recommend looking up GIMP.
