The one who posted the picture is =omocha-san , and in the description *shrimpHEBY and *rosuuri are credited, so my guess is that they names on the picture are the ones who did certain things in each picture. For example on the first row, *shrimpHEBY did the sketch, =omocha-san did the lineart and *rosuuri colored it.

Lol. I have the hardest time doing line arts on Sai. I use Photoshop but it looks like Sai line arts look a lot better than photoshop ones. Hopefully I can figure out how to make better line arts
