Can it do human transmutation or homunculi or chimera/furry things? Does it run by a philosopher Stone?

Yes it can do a human transmutation, but it's highly don't recommend as it requires the estentials in creating a human. At best a homunculi, but still don't recommend. Though Chimeras and furries are possible so Bow can be like that terrible father that I heard so much about as much as she pleases.
No it does not run on a Philosopher Stone. It runs on atoms.

As in compounds, elements, and DNA that makes one human? That episode is so heart-wrenching. He was such a nice guy at first, but turns out he has a mind of a furry lunatic, and those poor things, and then the other guy shows up killing the other thing for the sake of pity.
Is it possible that the Gauntlet can make nuclear explosions with a split of an atom?

Yeah. And that glove and literally do what that guy just did to his daughter.
Possibly, but it would require a lot of complex science.

It's like a twisted Frankenstein but the experiment was alive. What do you like better? The original or the Brotherhood?

I never seen Full Metal Alchemist much and don't have much interest. I only heard about that episode because that dad is in some top ten worst anime parents list and people keep referring to this episode when I explained the concept of Mellie.

Neither of them? I don't think about it like that way. I was thinking like she was experimented from Tim Burton's martians and has her head attached to GIR's dog body, but with guts. I'm sure that Bow's twisted, but I don't think she's evil. Who's worse? That guy or Ragyo?

Yeah, I could never get into Full Metal Alchemist despite being a good anime.
You were right. Mellie is based on that woman from that Tim Burton movie. I just stumbled upon this scene for some reason and decided to make Mellie. I forgot how I came to meet this scene, but that was the real influence. When I tried to explain this to others, they keep screaming at me about that episode when I never seen the episode at the time. I still think they never realize that I based Mellie on that movie with the exception of three people.
I personally think that guy is worse that Ragyo because at least Ryoko and Satsuki made it out okay in the end.

I say, it's a classic, but I'd never talk about as much as other anime that caught my attention by either style, simplicity, and/or wonder.
I would say that it is parallel, but they're TWO DIFFERENT CHARACTERS. That chimera was born as a new life form without any memories of a little girl in tact. It couldn't barely think. it's a human-sized dog with an IQ of a baby. Mellie on the other hand, is just a girl in a dog's body that can ACTUALLY talk and think like a human being. Bow treats Mellie equally as a friend, conscious, and a personal assistant while that smuck just treats "it" as just an experiment and he didn't have a single slice of a heart in his body. Who are the other three?
I agree. Ragyo's more interesting than that other guy. She's flashy in all angles.

The other three are my friends Frank Mendez, Kimberly Alberto, and Pedro Ivan Rios. Though Pedro was still angry with me for making Mellie based on that movie.
Bow does treat Mellie as a very close friend and does try to make her life better. The sad part is that Mellie was born that way as she was a clone of a person that Bow grew attached too, but an accident scared the person for life. Bow resorted to cloning, but the sample was unstable thus Mellie's original form got unstable. Mellie's head was intact so Bow found the only body that would work which is a dog's body. Any other body would melt and be as unstable as the clone. Thought Mellie still hates being what she is. Probably might have an arc where Bow does try to give Mellie a human body, but fails.
Yeah, pretty much.

Probably soon. Now that you think about it, I will do it.
