Huh. When I was much younger, back when there were only the original 150 Pokemon, someone told me of a Raichu evolution that was black with red swirly marks. I'm amused to see it here, even though I seriously doubt there's any connection.

That would be pretty cool if Raichu could evolve. The only Raichu evo I know about was one I seen on U-toob. It had three tails :3 Of course, it's just fan based.. but, still cool XD
