If anyone wanted to know what goes through Silverpaw's mind, then this is it. He always sees images of the dog that killed his brother and sister, Blackkit and Rosekit. He feels as if everything was his fault, and always sees the terrified look in his sister's eyes before she was killed. He has nightmares every night of the dog as it chases them, always has to watch as it grabs his siblings in its jaws over-and-over again, every night since he was a kit. Every day, he wishes that he had been the one killed instead of Rosekit. He doesn't think he deserves life, but he knew that his sister would have made a wonderful medicine cat, because she was the one who wanted to be the medicine cat's apprentice, not him. And I know the heart is on the wrong side, but I wanted it to look at if it was almost a reflection, like this is what he sees when he looks into water. I did the faded effect with the heart to show that he feels like only half of himself it actually there.

StarClan...Why...Why must you make me suffer...?
Why must you force me to live through this pain...?
Why did my family have die, and only I survived...?
Where is the missing half of my heart...
Did it disappear just as my sister's life did in the jaws of the dog...?
Why can't you take me now...
Instead of making me live through this pain...?
Why can't I switch places with little Rosekit...?
Why couldn't you have taken me instead...?
