Using daz or carrara? I was to lazy to wander haha. getting skins to not look too plastic in carrara has been a feat lately. i went on a model skin binge and of the 15+ i recently bought only 3 work in carrara... Well without major adjustments

its a prefab, but there's several layers of post editing. I think its Urban Sprawl 2 tho, pretty sure i own that building set somewhere
