Free Wyngro icon base for anyone to use, so long as they have a Wyngro c: Download the PSD file for the second frame so you can animate your icon similar to mine here:Enjoy and have fun with it c: Feel free to make edits to the base, such as adding different upgrade to it. Just be sure to credit me and link back to the original base in case you do so!
Edit: Added the Rounded Nose option!

Will there ever be a PNG file available? I really like this icon, it's adorable! but I sadly only have something able to open that file...

No there likely won't be, at least not any time soon.
For now you can always download the free program called GIMP. It can open psd files c:
