Oh gawd I think I'm gonna cry.Ā This is such a gorgeous portrait of Mao.Ā The shading technique you used is really unique and interesting.Ā And just something about the lighting and facial expression makes it seem somewhat reminiscent.Ā Like he's thinking about a far off time, long ago when things were just simpler in life, like he's going to start writing lyrics any second about it.Ā All in all it's a really beautiful drawing and I think it's really neat how well you draw realistically!
