Sury is a very smart horse who always needs something to learn otherwise he will find a new assignment. He's a fast learner and likes nothing more than fruit-tasting treats (best way to tempt him). It's easy to work with him IF he's in the mood for it. If not he can get really exhausting; he's an excellent actor as well. As he's quite smart he gets bored easily during lessons and finds other ways to make the lessons a little more interesting...
Don't even get me started about mares; he can also be quite a showoff and loves attention - sadly that's often what distracts him from the rider's instructions, too.
