Description
Here's my sprite of an upcoming character in the Thomas and Friends 2016 special, " The Great Race".Vinnie is a Grand Trunk Western 4-8-4, who can be very tough and competitive. Although his personality can be annoying, the other engines help him when he needs it.
EDIT: I changed the face, added his hockey mask, and added more color to his wheels.
EDIT 2: I changed the lining detail on his smokebox, and added color to his cylinder and trailing truck.
EDIT 3: Added some missing details.
EDIT 4: I updated the running board.
EDIT 5: I added his headlight.

Well, let me explain.
The area on top of Vinnie's smokebox looks more similar to the U-4-A of the Canadian National, than the U-4-B of the Grand Trunk Western. I've had an idea, that for the Great Railway Show, Vinnie was slightly modified to resemble his Canadian cousins, so that he had the best of both the USA and Canada.
So, my idea, is that before the Great Railway Show, the area on his smokebox looked the way it did before he was modified. In other words, like this: www.railpictures.net/images/d1…

Um, I just did some research, and Vinnie is actually a American Engine, because is basis was built in Ohio.
