Well, I was gonna submit this to an online Freelance design websitey thing, but apparently you have to have a portfolio and be accepted to actually enter the contests. Posh.Athena Chiefs is (c) whoever it is (c) to, and if you steal it, you will probably find yourself pursued by a man with a meat cleaver. Or a woman. I don't discriminate.

She's kinda too curvy... like.. the lines are inconsistent but the only way I know how to fix that is:
A) change the type of line
or
B) makes the lines... like... not lines... make them shapes? If that makes sense...
It's a really good idea though... better than all that bullshit that gets picked.... stupid eagle tavern...

not a bad design, it kinda works,
how about turning the grey line work, to blue, so athena blends in with the text alittle, as the watermark look, washes her out a bit too much.
unless you intended on making her a background object?
