Finally, a Scorpion I can be at least content with. Subzero, Cyrax, and Ermac are to follow.

This Scorpion is part of a What if story: What If some Kombatants were misplaced on the wrong realm after the events of Mk Vs DC Universe and ended up in the DCUO reality?

After Raiden and Superman defeated Dark Khan, and their respective realities went back to normal, the man known as Scorpion woke up to find himself in the wrong reality. He awoke - with no memories of who he is - inside of Braniacs spaceship, being mistaken for one of the many people infected with the exobytes Lex Luthor had sprung out to the earth. Scorpion quickly destroyed the pod he was placed in and noticed other pods have been broken as well, one seemed to be frozen before its destruction. Scorpion picked up the two swords he used to break his confinement and mad his way out of the ship. Along the way he met a fellow with green glowing eyes and black and red garments. When asked his name, the man just stated 'we are one' and continued fighting the many robot forces surrounding them, which spawned an alliance. The two made little effort to rid themselves of Braniac forces after finally making their escape from the huge ship.

Scorpion's fall was broken by a burning building, next to a nightclub. When he came to he noticed people in weird looking costumes going in and out of a place next to the wreckage he landed on. The place was called Sheeda's Den. Scorpion figured 'hell, I have nowhere else to go.' so he went to see what this place was so popular. As he made his way to the door, a big guy in a suit came up to him and asked stated he didn't know who he was, so he couldn't get in. Scorpion ignored the man and tried to walk in anyways. As he did the man reach for his head and tried to pull him back, instead he pulled Scorpions face off, revealing the skull beneath it. They both stumbled back, but Scorpion bumped into a random person coming out of the club, whom happened to have some mental powers and used them on Scorpion to defend herself. This act of defense happened quick start Scorpions memories, causing him to remember who he really is. As the guard with the suit was getting back up, Scorpion looked at him and stated: "The name is Hanzo Hasashi, but there's no need for you to remember it." Before the man was fully up, a gulf of flame came out of Scorpions mouth, leaving the man a toasty carcass.

With his memories back, Hanzo suddenly realized who it was that escaped the frozen pod next to his. He entered Sheeda's Den to try and get some answers. Once inside Hanzo started asking about a man named Subzero. After not getting the answers he desired he started to trash the place, killing many standing in his way. This caught the attention of Circe and she offered him a job, on the pretense that he working for her will get him closer to finding this Subzero he is looking for. Hanzo reluctantly agreed.

Latter a League by the name of Outkast had sought him out, being suggested by the man he encountered in the Brainiac spaceship. He joined, only to his benefit: Finding and destroying Subzero.
