manga like series i came up with, inspired by continent/civilization of lemuria that was written by a scientest, ancient lemurians developed technology to evolve into perfect lifeforms[dragons],they could not handle/control thier new powers/creations and soon wiped
out themselves out, thier dragon dna is passed down through ages by thier decendents and
in genetic modification devices in ruins in certain parts of world. those that awaken or
gain dragon dna can change into dragon-like form with unique abilities.

each dragon form and power is different. vampiric dragons that absorb dna of other lifeforms in order to evolve. sea serpent water dragons. spiked, metalic, small thunder
dragons. large brown/green strong arm beast earth dragons. fire dragons with fire producing organs/blood. super regenative hydra-esque dragon. and more...

thier is legendary dragon/existince called OUROBOROS, it devours itself while shedding its skin, has greast psychokinetic abilities such as telepathy and telekinesis. can create
and control creatures out of its shed skin, one of main characters is girl that has amnesia and only has lesser telekinetic powers.

there is human organization that dedicates itself to eradicating the dragons and dna, they
use lemurian technology they uncoverd to combat dragons and one day to erase the dragon
gene.
