Wah~~~ Photoshop is Sooo fun (acts like a kid who just found a new toy)>W<~ ah~~~ it's sooo nice~~~!!!! photoshop Rocks~!
....okay.... Liaas was done in Opancanvas 1.1 the background and feathers are done in photoshop
Liaas, angel feathers really fits you >W<, ah i feel like extending the background and drawing you a pair of angel wings~~ lol ^^ really~... but i'm a too lazy~ (if you really want to see it, make some noise, that's great for motivation~ - -")

The only thing I can say is that the lineart could have used a little cleaning up during the coloring process(like the bell on her collar)
