WHAT'S THIS? ACTUAL FLIPPING STORY PROGRESS? It is about time, amirite. and I put WAY more time and effort into this comic than I originally intended, because shadows make everything more dramatic. Especially for the intro of the big bad antagonist, woooooo. > > Also, Skid and his two buddies, Roniro and Peg, make a long-awaited appearance. :"DI promise things will start to get interesting from now on---I have a major comic project as the next part of their story and it has taken a lot of time and effort and steely nerves on my part to complete it. > >; That will be coming out soon!
Reminder: Fibra and Marci's relationship was about 4 years in their past. Fibra didn't know Tex, and Marci didn't know Marron.

On the more calm side of this comment, it's great to see the story back in motion. I really like the use of shading and grayscale to add a gritty effect to the otherwise elegant meeting. Bhast really nails that bad bitch image I'd been anticipating since...well, since Marci first mentioned his boss to his three co-workers who he was threatening a violence on at the time. 
I also love the decor, expressions and mannerisms used to show off more of the new-ish(?) character personalities. So I can only guess this later connects to the "I only cut off one," comment you-know-who makes in the future if that one piece is still canon to the storyline.
You really did a great job with this and sorry-not-sorry if this comment is too long-ish. It's good to see story updates and old faces that probably won't exist after the storyline is complete. I dunno, but somehow I get the feel that this won't end well for Skid and his buddies, but that might just be me overthinking it.
