Cosplay I made and wore for the 20ΒΊ Animextreme (2014).The character is Havel, the Rock, from the excellent game Dark Souls.

I MAYBE would cover it with (something i don't know the name in english but it's the same thing you cover the walls with and then sand it) to give it a more solid looks.
Impossible. Same as to go to the bathroom.

It's made of cardboard paper and EVA foam, then painted with grey primer.

I thought about that, but i don't know how to carve stone.
Also, the armor is made of too 'thin' stone sheets, would break for certain.

I'm planning to use it again someday, but not so soon. Maybe next year.
And Im also planning to make the Dragontooth, but having both the tooth and the shield would make the costume impraticable.
It's already really heavy without them, and the the only body parts that i can move comfortably are my hands. And I don't want to occupy both with props. >.<
