A Kitsune Mask I made in ceramics class.a favorite peice of mine, one of the better peices.
Its more of animesque origins than traditional...
but i'd like to think of it as a nice mix of the two.
The piece is hand sculpted and made for cosplay or decoration (or a fancy paper weight as it is now.)
The markings (that are not very symmetrical) have been painted on by hand with black underglaze and red glaze, with a heavy coat of Clear glaze over the whole front.
