Hello all! This is my first piece of artwork for 2011. Drawn all on my new laptop!I wanted to do some fan art for a good friend of mine, for his ninja series. Commando Massacres!

Wow, Gina Nackiomi looks superb! I love the colors and the pose of her on the rocky shore with those waves crashing around. Great work on her Naginata too. I really appreicate all the time you too on this piece my friend. A real honor indeed.

Also i want to tweak this some more, a few things stick out i want to fix. I just fixed a finger that looked broke, hehe. add some more to the waves.

Cool! I tweak all the time too. What really grabbed me with this piece with how the colors worked. Her colors and that of the waves and rocks work so well.

I am glad you liked it! I had another drawing done, the face in the waves, but i didnt like it so i did this one up today. I wanted her to look like she was practicing on the rocks and just got done swinging her Naginata into a pose, hehe she may look a tad tall though, :/
I go back to work tomorrow but i should have another (male) one for you by next week, cheers!

I like your idea with this being her practicing with her weapon. Training and practice is so important to any warrior and I'm glad you captured that part of Gina here.
Oooo...I look forward in your take on one of my male characters. My male cahracters don't get all that much attention in the fan-arts.
