Woman in red kimono...Used a Ayumi Hamasaki picture as reference.
Saw her picture on my bro's desktop and decided to do a vector art of it.
Took me quite a while to finish it. Stopped a couple of times cos i was too lazy to continue

my first initial thought upon seeing this was omg it looks real. my initial thought when clicking on it and getting a real good luck....omg it's painted. but it looks hella good. and yes i did think hey that looks like ayumi, but i read the info and it is her. hehehe.

I'm not really into vector art, but this is really beautiful. Lovely colour palette, as the hues complement each other well. And like the others have said, gorgeous rich detail, especially on her sleeves. I really like how fluid her clothing looks, as the tones help reinforce the texture of satin. Brilliant work.
