Princess Hailium (ヘーリウム姫 "hēriumu-hime"), or Haili (ヘーリー "hērī") for short, of the Balloon Kingdom (風船王国 "fuusen oukoku"), home of the Balloonians (フーセン人 "fuusen-jin", literally "balloon people"), capital Inflatia (インフレイティア "infureitia") where the castle and princess reside.

* Sorry guys, another change. I'm just getting rid of the crown. Princesses don't haaave to have crowns, right? But point is, the more I look, the less sense it makes on where it's possibly sitting. The hair is just too in the way. Also crowns would be too sharp to handle for balloon people anyway. She looks regal enough. Sorry if anyone happened to be in the middle of drawing her or something. In fact, maybe hold off on that. Knowing me, I might end up changing something soon again. But maybe something like glove and sleeve colors, nothing major. I tested some more colors and nothing looked right. As far as I can tell, this is her final design, though I still gotta draw more angles.

I ended up doing a new drawing with real effort.

What's this now? A doodle drawing of an original character? Whaaaaat? Well more accurately a fan character of a fan species.
Much like how there are block people in the Mario & Luigi series, I came up with balloon (namely P-Balloon) people as well called Balloonians. I'm sure others thought of this too but I haven't seen any drawings anywhere. I designed her to have a similar art style to the Mario series overall, but namely M&L.
Me and some others on my Discord were coming up with a name for her too and finally decided on Hailium. Derived from Haili (the name), hail (showing respect and loyalty to leaders) and helium.

Here are some details on Haili and Balloonians as a whole:
- Haili's hair is made of balloon nozzles, all tied at the middle of her cranium. One big swooping nozzle for bangs, a drooping nozzle on each side for "sideburns" whatever that part is called. Two short ones sticking up and out to each side just behind each "sideburn". Four in the back and seven more layered underneath. And one longer one for a ponytail.
- No legs, Balloonians are always floating.
- If Balloonians get mad, their bodies swell up, the madder, the bigger, and their face gets redder (if it isn't already). They can also just inflate by inhaling normally. Since they fill with Power Air (as any air converts as they breathe), they can inflate indefinitely.
- Despite being based on P-Balloons, only Haili has a P on her chest. It stands for the usual Power as well as Princess.
- Female Balloonians have multiple nozzles for "hair" that are a different color from their head, while male Balloonians can have the standard nozzle same color as their head, but some can have "hair" as well.
- The body and head can be different colors from each other, and overall. For example, Haili's body is the standard P-Balloon beige with a yellow face and blue hair. Another Balloonian can have a red body, etc.
- Balloonian hands are mitten-shaped: a solid hand-wide digit instead of fingers, and a thumb.
- Balloonians can transfer their air via contact and then using magic, or mouth-to-mouth. To other Balloonians or other species as well.
- Haili's puffy princess sleeves and gloves are her only articles of "clothes".
- They're entirely made of balloons. Head, arms and body.
- Balloonian architecture (houses and castles) are modeled after pumps, air tanks and even bounce houses.
- If they pop, they reform but are deflated and worn out.
- If they deflate, they're really weak and stop floating. It's like they're really hungry. Either they take a while to reinflate themselves, or someone else has to breathe into them or use a pump or some such.
- They only need to breathe to sustain themselves. Food and water not necessary. But they can drink water to become water balloons.
- If they're physically in contact with anyone else for too long, the other gradually inflates, very slowly over time.
- If they fly too high, the atmospheric pressure makes them inflate.
- P-Balloons may come from their kingdom, as they are a common sight. The kingdom is near Dinosaur Land which is why P-Balloons were found there sometimes.
- They're not particularly bright, due to being literally airheads. They're not too dumb either, though, just a little slow.
- Their nozzles are somewhat prehensile, and can be tied and untied at will, just in case. They can control their inflation through just their mouth, however, so it's not super necessary.
- If they rub themselves or against something else, they can charge up electricity and use that to zap enemies.
- Since they're rubber, they can stretch if a part isn't too inflated, like their arms.
- Voices are on the high side. Not necessarily helium-inhaled-levels, just generally high-pitched, even males but not as high usually. Haili's voice is high in a natural-sounding way, typical "teehee" girly voice.
- The Balloon Battle sport originated from the Balloon Kingdom. Once other people figured out they could inflate with P-Balloons, it became an international sport. Haili loves to battle too.
- Balloonians have teeth and a tongue. Even though they don't need food, they're just for expressions. They're rubber like the rest of their body.
