I have an OC called Kashi Rei Murasaki. She is a Leaf ninja (Chunin) with a strange element and kekkei genkai. Her kekkei genkai is the Murasakino Sharingan, which basically has powers similar to the Sharingan, but the Murasakino Sharingan can read minds as well. It cannot create dimensions if you do not have the dream element as your chakra style, but it can lead you to an already existing one. Kashi has the dream element and therefore can create dimensions, but it takes a lot of chakra to do so.
