The execution is really well done. Not sure there is much to be said about this, you blurred certain parts to give emphasis to others which was done great. Overall great job mate.

Did you start from scratch? or did you use a reference or manupilation? Great job anyway

I originally did a sketch [link] from a reference photo which you would find typing Scarlett into Google.
Then I scanned that and started editing it in photoshop using the same colours as from the reference photo.
