Went back and cleaned up a sketch of some playful Mt. Lady and Midnight indulgence. I like mt. Lady, but I dont think she could handle the experienceΒ that Midnight could dishout.ΒRelated content

Midnight does a good whipping on Mount Lady's bum like she owns her as her prized body pillow to wrestle on.

Looks very close to the actual animation.
I actually like how you can see the red welts through the costume rather than costume ripped to see.
I have shiny white spandex and you can see some coloring underneath if thin enough.

So so Midnight and Mount Lady have a history together in the series or are fanartists just pairing them together because it's hot? (I'm new to My Hero Academia)

Not so much a history, as far as I'm aware the two appeared on a talk show together only once and got into an argument over the topic of appropriate costumes for female superheroes. Going along with that Mt. Lady mocked Midnight's age (despite the fact she's only in her early 30s).
So artists kind of go along with the catfight/rivalry angle.
