Wow I like all of these designs! The final is my favorite but a close second would be the one that looks like it's wearing a visor, very nice, solid lines and shading on that one. The fur is pretty creepy but adds an animal-istic element that makes it seem just a little less alien, a little more "relatable" to us humans.
