Here's the official concept art of Janna's Legendary Skin. The first Legendary Joke Skin that is!This idea was originally pitched by me at the last minute during the meeting. There was a huge list of ideas written on board but none of it seemed to excite anyone in the room, until I said "What if..."
People immediately burst our laughing and became super excited and enthusiastic about the idea and started adding to it. " we gotta have the globe for her shield!" "Urf needs to be trapped in her tornado!" " She should get struck by a lighting." etc.
I'm happy to finally show the idea that started out as a quick thought. I'm pleased the way it turned out and had a blast working on her.

I just recently started playing League of Legends and my cousin bought me the Forecast Janna skin as a gift to help lift my spirits in some trying times I'm encountering. I absolutely love playing her! Not only is Janna great to play in and of herself, the animations and voice-overs are a joy to watch. Thank you so much for pitching this idea. It was fantastic.

I understand that your time is super limited and its amazing that you find the time to try and reach out to everyone. We had a moment to ask some questions to Barry Hawkins to get a feel for how Riot throws down in the workflow! Great insight!
It was a pleasure watching your sketches and ideas come into realization. My boyfriend instantly purchased the skin as soon as it came out and was laughing the entire time while playing Janna. We both are almost graduates in Game Art at Full Sail University and often find inspiration to hold our personal projects to your standard of work and art. I absolutely love this skin! Β Very good job on her and nice story behind it! I'm so glad to follow so many artists from Riot on dA, but you hold a special place in my heart, loving your designs and ideas, and first I came looking for Vi's splash art and what I found turned out to be overwhelming!
