Part of me wishes Jimmy captures her and "cures" her of the Zerg virus in STII. They already did that for an Infested Stukov, maybe it'll work. But then that would make the cerebrate Araq (The player-controlled cerebrate of the purple Jormungand brood) the New Overmind. Or maybe let Daggoth and some of the other cerebrates survive and plot their vengeance whilSarah goes back to normal with Jimmy.
