Heh, I think I'm getting there, slowly but surely. At least the painful feeling is gone for now, and I can enjoy drawing again.I decided to draw this next, still needed some action before getting into working on the commissions.

That look on Twi's face getting the "rarify" treatment, priceless. Love seeing other ponies get stuck as mannequins for her work.
As for how close to the idea it is, it's perfect as is. The only detail that could make it better would be my tiny oc up in his waifus mane dying of laughter at the scene.
