Cindy comes from a city where danger lurks due to high criminal activity. Where people like gangsters to the common thief have more power. People feared for their lives as some moved out of the city but as for those who can't seek out survival in becoming gang members. It was then Cindy met DJ (later becomes Agent 10) an African American male who kindly took her in his gang. Overtime they became close buds as she abused illegal drugs along with certain activities with the other gang members that I won't go into full details. Sometime passed as a high red alert warns the agents Mark and Leon as they head to the city to clean out the trash. Cindy mostly follows Leon's (Agent 2) story during this time you can really see the effects of drug abuse from her body. she is just a bit year older then both main agents though she tends to cling to Leon a lot most likely due to his young handsome looks or at least that was she says. Cindy helps out Leon as she uses her sex appeal as a hooker to manipulate men into giving up any info that's important to him. After the crisis had been resolved a helicopter comes to pick them up to take them home When Cindy and DJ find them, they run up to them in giving their thanks for everything they had done for them. Cindy offers Leon a good time which he kindly refused. Cindy smiles and replies "Well if you're not going to show me a good time then you're taking me with you. I want to find some way I can repay you for your kindness towards someone like me." Refusing to back down on her desires Cindy and DJ were taken to the Agent base after a long explanation Agent G accepts her into the agent's organization. Where Cindy was hooked to a machine that pumped the drugs out of her body which restored her youth and made her immune to any and all STD's. Due to her request became Leon's hooker field agent partner where she continues to flirt with him any chance she gets.
