Good job of this oc girl
You know that drawing hands are even harder than feet (on my case) but on that pic wasn't necessary actually to draw them since she wears long boots (unless to want to see her barefeet). I'd like to know if it's hard to draw on digital rather than traditional.

I think both hands and feet are hard to draw. xD
Digital isn't hard to do if you already do traditional but it does take a bit of getting used to when you first start. I would recommend buying a drawing tablet if you plan to start because drawing with a mouse isn't very intuitive, though it can be done.

I started watching youtube videos to see if I can learn some things to help improve and there's actually a lot of information out there if you're willing to take the time to learn.

Yeah I do. I started off using a Bamboo tablet and just switched to a Wacom Intuos Pro this year. Someday I'll own a Wacom Cintiq, I would love to have one of those. XD
Do you use a Mac or PC? There is apparently an iPad app that turns your iPad into a drawing tablet for your Mac which is pretty neat if you own a Mac.

I have a pc! It's touch screen but I can't fold it into a tablet D; I was thinking of getting a tablet but I feel like I should master using color pencils and water colors first

You don't need a really expensive tablet if you're just getting started.
It's pretty fun if you ever decide to take the plunge. xD
