Can double the Speed of anything they focus on such as themselves giving the illusion of super speed, this does however also double the things such as the ageing process or healing if they focus on a wound, so it can be dangerous to use on living things. It can also be used to speed up already moving objects or chemical reactions. It only physically speeds things up and can only be used on things if the know where they are within a given range. Prolonged use can cause headaches, dizziness or migraines.

Quirk - Gaze back
"if you stare into the abyss, the abyss stares back at you"
When eye contact is made, even if only briefly, the user can create an intense feeling of paranoia on a target and an intense feeling of being watched. The longer a target is under the effects the more ‘insane’ they will become however the effect will start to wear off if they leave the users range or the user blinks/loses focus of their target. The quirk can also take effect on the user if they catch their gaze in a reflection so they must be cautious around mirrors and other reflective surfaces
