wagwaler's are known for their very timid personality's and any loud noise ,can cause them to let out ear piercing crys ,as they don't have sight as they a born without eyes ,they use their crys like a type of echolocation ,they are known to be rather difficult to train as they won't listen to their trainers ,and will constantly cry making a good amount of trainers release them.

However for those trainers who persevere the wagwaler will evolve into the sleepy fakemon known as Frogazer ,losing its water type ,and gaining the ice/psychic type ,they seem to have an unusual constitution, as they will fall asleep at anytime, even when eating ,strangely enough when awake they only use psychic type attacks ,and when asleep they will use ice type attacks (as if still hearing their trainers commands) weirdly enough they can't learn sleeptalk.
