It's really cool, but now that Tyrunt is around, I feel like it should be named after a different kind of dinosaur - maybe an Allosaurus.

but i cant shake the feeling that its abit too similar to croconaw (guess its just an ancestor or something) and from what i can see of the shiny i feel like tat should be the normal colours and the shiny should be something else either way well done it looks great

I thinks it's sort of overdone, not as in done too much already, but that there's too much going on in the design, it has a lot of lines and spines, scales beard... I don´t know it sort of looks like if done under the impression that being new it should be fancier or more detailed...
