It looks like she is trying to protect the tree from someone.Akikio, Red Tail Boa.
She is one of my pride and joys even if I did not raise her up. She is one of the sweetest snakes.

That they are, one of my favorite animals. It's a shame how mis-understood they are though.

I find it funny when people think they are slimy. I have changed some peoples minds though. I plan on taking my animals around and educating people.

Yeah, it's worth a thought. Maybe when I move away from home. x) My parents would never allow me to have a snake. Don't they eat like, dead mice or something? o-o

Depends on the size and type of snake. Some eat fish, insects, lizards, snakes, mice, or rabbits. My dad only thinks I have 4 snakes he doesn't know about the baby corn snake.

Not that much really, they don't eat often every 3 days to every other week depending on the age and size. Don't need much room either if you take them out regularly. If they are kept in cages a lot then they need room to stretch out but most people don't give them that much room as they are taken out to be able to stretch and move around. Most keep corn snakes in a 20gl-30gl tank same with ball pythons. The boa I have in a 75gl though and will be building her a bigger cage.

I am allergic to cats but have 5. They are very good pets and worth a lot. There are many different types and morphs I am sure you can find one you will love and want no matter what. I have a few that I will give anything to own but can't right now.

Look through my pictures I have most of them posted but I can list them.
5 snakes, 5 cats, 1 dog, 2 turtles, a scorpion, 4 tarantulas, 3 fire belly toads, eastern newt, some crayfish, tadpole, green frog, 3 geckos, water dragon, 2 cockatiels, savannah monitor, and to many fish to list. I think that's it but I probably forgot something I normally do.

I don't like adult cows so I don't have any. I use to have 2 horses in till I got injured and couldn't take care of them like I should so I gave them to people that could. Yeah I like my mini zoo. Everyday is a surprise with how the animals act.
