They're at this proportion for children. The 4th is about 12-14 years old. Also, people never have the same anatomy. I for example have long legs, small hands but bigger fingers (Yes it's confuse). Bodies work the same as faces; some people have bigger mouths and smaller eyes, while some have smaller ears, bigger noses and so on~
